General terms		1. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit for the total cost of your stay. 2. Remaining payment for the stay to be paid up on arrival at the residence. 3. In case of early departure from the residence during your stay, or last minute changes to reservation, irrespective of the reasons, deposits can not be reimbursed. 4. For reimbursement of deposits, cancellations must be received 30 days in advance of reservation. 5. Apartments can only be assigned upon arrival at the residence. 6. Where possible clients’ preferences will be taken in to consideration. 7. Check-in from 17:00. Check-out by 10:00.
